The survey code sits at the bottom of the receipt, under the text that mentions www.DunkinRunsOnYou.com and the free classic donut. It’s labeled “Survey Code” and has 18 digits.

Not every Dunkin’ receipt has this block. Some receipts skip it, which is where the “no survey code” form helps.

Here’s the full DunkinRunsOnYou survey process, from the receipt to the donut code. It follows the live survey screens as of September 2026.

Step 1. Open www.DunkinRunsOnYou.com and pick a language
Type www.DunkinRunsOnYou.com into your browser, or use the button above. The dropdown at the top right switches between English and Español.

Type the survey code from your receipt into the single box. The “Where is my survey code?” link opens a sample receipt if you get stuck.

Step 3. Tap Begin Survey
Press the red “Begin Survey” button. If the code is wrong or too old, the page tells you right away, so check the digits before assuming the site is broken.

Step 4. Rate your Dunkin’ visit
Answer the rating questions about speed, order accuracy, staff and food. Add a written comment if something stood out, good or bad, since a written note gives the store more to act on than a number.

The order number is the one field not marked required. Add it anyway if you have it, because it helps match your feedback to the right transaction.

There’s no merch on the survey site. Dunkin’ sells its own apparel through a pop-up shop called Dunkin’ Runs on Merch, at DunkinRunsOnMerch.com.
Dunkin’s newsroom named that shop for its 2026 Fourth of July collection. Drops come and go, so what’s listed changes often.
