The Walmart survey lives at www.survey.walmart.com. You type two numbers off your receipt (the ID # and the ST #), answer roughly 5 to 10 minutes of questions about your store visit, and you’re entered to win one of five $1,000 Walmart gift cards or one of 750 $100 gift cards. The current entry period runs August 1 to October 30, 2026, and the drawing is on or about November 9, 2026.
Both buttons go to Walmart’s own pages. Surveyguide.us is an independent guide and has no connection to Walmart Inc. or Medallia.

Walmart survey quick facts for the August – October 2026 period
Walmart’s own name for it is the Walmart Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes. People also call it the Walmart customer experience survey, the Walmart feedback survey, the Walmart opinion survey or just “survey walmart com”, and they all mean this one page. Everything in the table is pulled from the official rules Walmart posts at corporate.walmart.com. I re-check it each quarter because the dates roll over every three months and half the guides on Google still show 2023 dates.

Check whether your Walmart receipt still qualifies
Most receipts that get rejected at survey.walmart.com are rejected for one reason: they’re older than seven days. Run yours through this before you type anything in.
Survey.walmart.com with receipt, where are the ID # and ST # printed?
Walmart doesn’t use a long survey code the way the Lowe’s survey or the Kroger feedback survey do. It asks for two short things, and both are on the receipt already.
The ID # is on the first two lines, right after “See back of receipt for your chance to win $1,000 ID #:”. It’s a mix of letters and numbers, 11 characters in the sample above (7M2C9H2FXB7). On real receipts it can be a bit longer, and the letters are always capitals.
The ST # is the store number. It’s on the line under the store address, before OP#, TE# and TR#. In the sample it’s 0226. Type it with the leading zero.
Two things trip people up here. The TC# near the barcode is not the ID #, even though it’s the number Walmart uses for returns and for the Walmart app. And on some receipts the survey invitation is on the back, printed in a grey box, with the ID # repeated there. Either copy works.
Some newer registers print a QR code for the survey instead. Scanning the Walmart survey QR code opens the same survey.walmart.com page with your ID # already filled in, so you only type the store number.
How do you do a Walmart survey? Step by step at www.survey.walmart.com
I’ve done this one on a phone and on a laptop. The phone is fine. The whole thing took me about six minutes on a 27-item grocery receipt, and the longest part was scrolling through the rating questions.
1 Open survey.walmart.com and pick your language
Type survey.walmart.com into the address bar. Don’t search it on Google first, because the top results are often ads for fake “$1,000 Walmart gift card” pages. The real page has a blue Walmart bar across the top and a language dropdown (English / Español) at the top right. Searches like “www survey walmart com english”, “survey walmart com español” and “www survey walmart com en espanol” all land on this one page; the language is just that dropdown.
2 Type the ID # and ST # in the two boxes
The page says “To start, please type your ID # and ST # as it appears on your receipt in the boxes below.” Both boxes are marked Required. Skip the spaces and dashes if your receipt shows any. Press Next.
If you get an error here, jump to the not working section. It’s nearly always the seven-day limit or the TC# typed in the wrong box.
3 Rate the visit
The first screen is the big one: how satisfied you were with the whole visit, on a 0 to 10 scale. After that come shorter screens about the checkout, the associates, whether the shelves had what you came for, and how clean the store was. Each screen is two to five questions. There’s a free-text box near the end where you can type anything; that box is the part store managers actually read.
4 Say yes to the sweepstakes and enter your contact details
Near the end the survey asks if you want to enter the sweepstakes. Tick yes. Then it asks for your first and last name, email address and a phone number. The rules say winners are contacted “by email and/or phone”, so a typo here means a $1,000 card goes to the next name on the list. I’d use the same email you check every day, not a throwaway.
5 Submit and keep the receipt
There’s no confirmation email and no confirmation code to write down. The thank-you screen is the only proof you entered. I keep the paper receipt in a folder until the drawing date anyway, because the grand prize winners have to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and the administrator can ask for proof of the purchase.
Walmart survey questions, what do they actually ask?
The Walmart survey is 25 to 35 short screens of 0-to-10 rating questions about one store visit, plus one comment box. There’s no quiz and no right answers, and your scores don’t affect the drawing (see the odds section). Here’s what came up on my last three surveys, in roughly the order they appear.
- How satisfied were you with this visit, 0 to 10.
- How likely are you to recommend this Walmart to a friend (the standard 0 to 10 NPS question).
- Was the store clean, and were the restrooms clean if you used them.
- Could you find everything you came in for, and if not, what was out of stock. There’s a text box for the missing item.
- Checkout: how long you waited, whether you used self-checkout, and whether the cashier or the self-checkout host was friendly.
- Did an associate greet you or offer help.
- Did you use pickup, delivery, the pharmacy, the vision center, or the auto center on this trip. If you say yes, you get two or three extra questions on that department.
- Age range, household size and how often you shop at Walmart. These are optional.
- An open comment box: “Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about your visit?”
The whole set is around 25 to 35 screens depending on how many departments you tick. Walmart runs the survey on Medallia, which is why some of the follow-up emails come from a medallia.com address.
Walmart survey login and “survey walmart com with receipt sign in” (there is no account)
There is no Walmart survey login. Survey.walmart.com doesn’t ask for a Walmart.com password, an email login or the Walmart app; the ID # and ST # from the receipt are the sign-in. The search volume for “walmart survey login” and “www survey walmart com with receipt sign in” says a lot of people expect an account screen, and it just isn’t there.
If a page asks you to “sign in” with your Walmart account, your card number, or a password before you can take “the Walmart survey,” you’re not on survey.walmart.com. Close it.
The only Walmart survey that does have a login is the Customer Spark community, which is a separate invite-only research panel. That’s covered further down.
Walmart survey without a receipt via www.entry.survey.walmart.com or a mail-in postcard
No purchase is necessary, and Walmart gives you two ways to prove it.
Option 1 (online) entry.survey.walmart.com
The survey start page has a line that reads “Don’t have your receipt? No problem, click here to share your feedback.” That link goes to www.entry.survey.walmart.com. You pick the store you visited from a list, answer a shorter version of the survey, and enter the sweepstakes at the end the same way. It counts as one entry, same as a receipt entry.
Option 2 (by mail) send a postcard, the AMOE entry
Handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth on a plain card. The rules are picky about the size: no smaller than 3½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4¼ x 6 inches, which is a standard index card or postcard. Mail it to:
2026 Walmart Sweepstakes
PO Box 228
Macedon, NY 14502-0228
For the current period the card has to be postmarked by October 30, 2026 and received by November 4, 2026. One entry per card, one card per envelope. Mailed entries go into the same drawing as the online ones. Whether a 73-cent stamp is worth it for the same odds as a free web form is your call; I’ve never bothered.
Walmart survey gift card, what does “win $1,000” really mean?
The prize is a Walmart gift card, not cash and not a check. Five people per quarter get a $1,000 card and 750 people get a $100 card. That’s $80,000 per quarter, or about $320,000 a year, which is more than most receipt surveys pay out. Lowe’s, for comparison, gives five $500 checks a month, and the Taco Bell TellTheBell survey runs a $500 cash drawing.
The $100 first-prize cards are mailed within four to six weeks of the drawing. The $1,000 grand prize winners get a call or email on or about November 10, 2026 (for this period), have five business days to respond, and then ten days to return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Miss either window and the prize goes to an alternate winner.
Gift cards over $600 are taxable income in the US, so a $1,000 winner should expect a 1099-MISC. That’s the one detail almost every “walmart survey to win $1,000” article leaves out.
You’ll see searches for “walmart survey $750”, “walmart $500 gift card survey” and “walmart survey 100 gift card”. Only the $1,000 and $100 amounts are real (people also write it as the “walmart $1000 gift card survey” or “walmart survey win 1000”, same thing). The $750 and $500 figures come from ad-network scams, which I get into below. So do the “walmart golden ticket survey”, the “walmart survey voucher” and the “walmart anniversary clearance program survey”; Walmart has never run any of those.
Walmart survey rules and eligibility in plain English
The official rules are a 2,000-word PDF-style page at corporate.walmart.com. These are the parts that matter.
- Age: 18 or older, or the age of majority in your state. That’s 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi.
- Residency: the 50 states, Washington DC or Puerto Rico. Canada has its own survey at survey.walmart.ca. Non-residents on a visa can enter as long as they legally live in the US; the rules say “legal residents”, not citizens. I might be reading that too generously, so check the rules page if it applies to you.
- Employees: Walmart associates, officers and directors are out, and so are their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household. The survey page repeats this in bold.
- Time limit: one week from the date printed on the receipt. Email invitations also expire one week after the invitation date.
- Entry limit: 78 entries per person for the entire 91-day period. One entry per receipt, one per invitation, one per postcard. In practice that’s about six a week, which nobody hits.
- Drawing: random, run by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. in Rochester, NY, on or about November 9, 2026.
- Winners list: posted at corporate.walmart.com/walmart-customer-satisfaction-sweepstakes-winners, or by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to ASC/2026 Q3 August – October Walmart Sweepstakes Winners List, 300 State Street, Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.
Walmart survey winners list, does anyone ever win the Walmart survey?
Yes. Walmart publishes the five grand prize winners for every quarter, listed by first initial, last name, city and state. The page currently shows Q1 2025 through Q1 2026, five names each, so 25 people have been publicly listed as $1,000 winners in that stretch. The entry that sticks in my head is a winner from Eldena, Illinois, a village of about 400 people.
The most common walmart survey complaint I see is “I’ve done it for years and never won.” That’s not a sign it’s rigged; the 750 first-prize winners per quarter aren’t listed anywhere. Walmart only names the grand prize winners, and only after they’ve returned the affidavit, so there’s a lag of a month or two between the drawing and the names going up.
On Quora and Facebook the “has anyone won” threads are mostly people saying no, and a few saying they got a $100 card in the mail years ago. That matches the math: 750 $100 cards a quarter spread across millions of receipts means most people who enter for years will never see one. The complaint that “they’re just harvesting data” comes up a lot too. Walmart does use the feedback (that’s the point of the survey), and the sweepstakes entry form asks for nothing beyond name, email and phone.
Chances of winning the Walmart survey
The rules say odds “depend on the number of eligible entries received”, and Walmart doesn’t publish the entry count. So any number here is an estimate, including mine.
Walmart handles somewhere around 37 million customer visits a day in the US. If even half a percent of those shoppers finish the survey, that’s roughly 185,000 entries a day, or 17 million in a 91-day period. Against 755 prizes, one entry gives you about a 1 in 22,000 shot at any prize and 1 in 3.4 million at a $1,000 card. Better than Powerball, worse than a lot of local radio contests.
Assumes about 17 million entries per period. That’s a guess, not a Walmart figure.
Does giving a low score hurt your odds?
No. The drawing is done by an outside company from the entry list, and your ratings are stored separately from your sweepstakes entry. A 0/10 gets the same one ticket as a 10/10. The “walmart 5 star survey policy” people ask about is an internal thing where some stores push cashiers to ask for high scores; it has nothing to do with the drawing.
Is the Walmart survey legitimate? Survey.walmart.com is real, most lookalikes aren’t
The survey at survey.walmart.com is real. Snopes checked the emailed version after readers flagged it as a scam, and it turned out to be the actual Walmart sweepstakes, sent through Medallia, with rules on Walmart’s corporate site. The five $1,000 and 750 $100 cards are real, and the winners page is real.
What’s not real is nearly everything else that calls itself a “Walmart survey” online. The quickest way to tell them apart:
The real survey.walmart.com
- Address bar shows survey.walmart.com or entry.survey.walmart.com, with a padlock.
- Asks for an ID # and ST # from a paper receipt, nothing else, to start.
- Never asks for a card number, a shipping fee, or your Walmart password.
- Prize is a chance at a gift card in a quarterly drawing. Nobody wins instantly.
- Links to Official Sweepstakes Rules, Privacy Policy and Survey Support in the footer.
The scam version
- URL is anything else: walmart-survey-rewards, walmartsurvey.com, a shortened link, or a page you reached from a pop-up.
- “Congratulations! You’ve been selected” before you’ve answered anything.
- You “win” a $750, $500 or $1,000 card, a JBL speaker or an iPhone 17 and only need to pay $1.95 shipping.
- Arrives by text from a random number, or a Facebook post about Walmart’s anniversary.
- The final step wants a credit card, a Social Security number or an app download.
Watch the spelling too. Surveywalmart.com (no dot), walmartsurvey.com and survey.walmart.con are misspellings of the real address, and a couple of them have been registered by ad sites that copy Walmart’s look. The “walmart survey solutions” and “walmart evaluation survey” letters are a different scam: a mailed check and an offer to be a Walmart “mystery shopper”. Walmart doesn’t hire mystery shoppers by mail, and the check bounces after you’ve wired money back.
Searches for “walmart 750 gift card survey lawsuit” show up every few months. I couldn’t find any court case involving Walmart’s own receipt survey. The $750 pages are run by affiliate ad networks that have been sued and fined by the FTC, but that has nothing to do with survey.walmart.com.
Walmart survey for a JBL speaker, playset, boneless couch or Hot Wheels are all the same trick
None of these product surveys are from Walmart. They’re the reason the phrase “walmart survey scam” gets searched so much, and the pattern is the same every time. A pop-up or a sponsored post says Walmart is clearing out stock of some product (a JBL Flip speaker, a backyard playset, a $1,000 “boneless” couch, a Hot Wheels set, Pokemon 151 booster boxes) and you can have one for answering a three-question survey. The survey is fake, the “prize” is fake, and the last page asks for a card to cover shipping. That card then gets billed $79 to $99 a month for a “membership”.
The boneless couch one deserves a mention because it was so weird it went viral on TikTok, and people still search “is the walmart boneless couch survey legit”. It’s not. Walmart doesn’t give away furniture for surveys, and the real survey never names a product.
The Walmart beauty box survey and the Walmart food box survey are slightly different: those were real Walmart programs where you paid $5 to $10 for a sample box and got a feedback email afterwards. Both programs were discontinued a few years ago, so any “beauty box survey” page you see today is a copy trading on the old name.
Walmart customer survey email and text messages, which ones are real?
Walmart does send real survey emails after online orders, pickups, deliveries and pharmacy visits, and it does not send survey text messages. This is the one area where “it’s probably a scam” is wrong about half the time.
Real ones come after an online order, a pickup order, a delivery, or a pharmacy visit. The sender is usually a walmart.com address or a medallia.com address, the subject line names the store or the order, and the link goes to a survey.walmart.com or walmart.medallia.com page. You have one week from the email date to complete it, and it counts as a sweepstakes entry just like a receipt.
Text messages are a different story. Walmart’s sweepstakes rules don’t mention SMS invitations at all. A text saying you’ve been “chosen” for a Walmart survey, especially with a $750 or $1,000 figure in it and a short link, is not from Walmart. Consumer Reports’ Consumerist wrote that one up over a decade ago and the texts haven’t changed.
The tell is the ask. A real Walmart survey email asks how the order went. A fake one tells you what you’ve won.
Is there a Walmart survey app? No, and you don’t need one
“Walmart survey app” and “www survey walmart com with receipt sign in app” are popular searches, so let me be clear: Walmart has no survey app. Survey.walmart.com is a mobile web page. Open it in Safari or Chrome on your phone, type the two numbers, done. It fits a phone screen properly, and the Next button is thumb-sized.
The Walmart app itself (the shopping app) doesn’t have a survey section either. It has a “Rate your visit” prompt after some pickup orders, which opens the same Medallia survey in a browser window.
The only Walmart-branded survey app in the App Store or Play Store is Customer Spark, and that’s an invite-only research panel, not the receipt survey. Any other “Walmart survey” app is a third-party thing you should delete.
Spark Walmart survey and the Customer Spark community are a different program
Walmart Customer Spark is a private, invitation-only research community, and it is not the receipt survey. Half the searches around “walmart survey” are about Spark, so it needs its own section. Members get short surveys, product tests and occasional diary studies, and each one pays points. Points convert to Walmart eGift cards. Walmart doesn’t publish a points-to-dollars rate anywhere I could verify; members on Reddit and Lemon8 report roughly $1 to $2 worth of points per short survey and more for product tests.
You can’t sign up for it. Invitations go out by email to shoppers Walmart picks (nobody outside Walmart knows the exact criteria, though people with Walmart+ and a long purchase history seem to get them more). If you’ve been invited, you log in at customersparksurvey.walmart.com or through the Customer Spark app, and that’s the “walmart spark survey login” people search for.
Two things it’s not. It’s not the receipt survey; Spark members can still do survey.walmart.com with a receipt like anyone else. And it’s not Spark Driver, which is Walmart’s gig delivery platform. “Walmart spark customer service” searches are almost always drivers looking for the driver support number, which is a different world entirely.
Walmart surveys for money, what does the receipt survey actually pay?
The receipt survey doesn’t pay. Not $5, not a coupon, not a discount code. Your reward is one sweepstakes entry. People searching “walmart survey for money” or “walmart surveys for cash” usually want one of three other things.
Customer Spark, above, is the closest to being paid by Walmart, at roughly $1 to $2 per survey in points. General survey panels like Swagbucks, Branded Surveys and Survey Junkie pay in Walmart eGift cards as one of their cashout options, and that’s where “surveys for walmart gift cards” comes from. And the “walmart secret retail research paid survey” listings and “walmart survey jobs” ads are mystery-shopping recruiters, which sometimes are legit and sometimes want you to deposit a fake check first.
My honest take: if your goal is money, the receipt survey is the wrong tool. Do it because you had something to say about the store, and treat the drawing as a lottery ticket.
Walmart pickup survey, grocery survey and online order survey
Online orders don’t produce a paper receipt with an ID #, so the pickup survey works differently. After a curbside pickup or a delivery, Walmart emails a survey link within a day or so (sometimes the app shows a “How was your pickup?” card too). That link is your invitation, it expires in seven days, and finishing it counts as a sweepstakes entry.
The questions are shorter and specific to the order: was it on time, was anything missing or substituted, was the associate who brought it out friendly, was the produce in good shape. Walmart calls this the OGP (Online Grocery Pickup) survey internally (some people call it the personal shopper survey, after the associates who pick the order), and from what pickup associates say on r/walmart the scores land on the store’s dashboard fast, which is why they sometimes ask you to fill it in.
If you didn’t get an email, you can’t enter that order through survey.walmart.com. Use entry.survey.walmart.com and pick the store instead.
Walmart survey Canada, why survey.walmart.ca is a separate contest
Canadian receipts don’t work at survey.walmart.com, and US receipts don’t work at survey.walmart.ca. Walmart Canada runs its own survey on Qualtrics, with its own prize pool.
The current Canadian contest runs February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 with a $1,000 Walmart gift card drawn every month. Entry uses the store number, the TC number and the visit date from the receipt (not an ID #), and you have 14 days from the purchase instead of 7. It’s open to legal residents of Canada including Quebec, and there’s a mail-in option to an address in Burlington, Ontario.
Searches like “survey walmart com survey walmart ca” and “survey.walmart.com survey.walmart.ca english” are people mixing the two up. Go by the country on your receipt.
AES survey Walmart, the associate engagement survey isn’t for customers
The AES (Associate Engagement Survey) is Walmart’s survey for its own employees, and customers can’t take it. It shows up in the same autocomplete list as the customer survey, which is the only reason it’s here. It’s the yearly survey Walmart gives its own employees about their manager, their schedule and whether they’d recommend working there. It’s done on work time, on the store’s computers or the Me@Walmart app. The shorter check-ins between the yearly rounds are the “walmart pulse survey”. The “walmart application survey” is different again: that’s the assessment test on a job application, and no, I don’t have the answers.
Associates ask two things about it: is it anonymous, and does it matter. Walmart says responses are confidential and reported back to stores only in aggregate, with a minimum group size before results are shown. Whether that’s anonymous enough is a running argument on r/walmart, and I’m not in a position to settle it. If you’re an associate, the AES has nothing to do with the sweepstakes, and you can’t enter the customer sweepstakes anyway.
Walmart survey not working? ID # errors, “invalid receipt” and pages that won’t load
Almost every Walmart survey error comes down to one of five things, and the table shows the fix for each. The details are under it.
| Problem | Usual cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| “ID # or ST # not valid” | Receipt older than 7 days, or the TC# typed in the ID # box | Use the short code at the top of the receipt. If the receipt is over 7 days old, enter at entry.survey.walmart.com instead |
| “Survey already completed” | Each ID # works once; someone used it or you closed the tab after Next | No second try on that receipt. Use the next receipt or the no-receipt entry |
| Blank page or stuck loading | Ad blocker / Brave shields, or the quarterly changeover night | Private window or mobile data. Around October 30, wait a couple of hours |
| No ID # on the receipt | Sam’s Club, gas station, pharmacy counter, Money Center or return slips carry no invitation | That receipt isn’t eligible. Use entry.survey.walmart.com |
| Survey ended without asking my name | You answered no to the sweepstakes question, or used a feedback-only QR link | You weren’t entered. Redo it with a new receipt and tick yes |
“The ID # or ST # you entered is not valid”
Nine times out of ten the receipt is more than seven days old. The survey checks the receipt date against the ID # and rejects anything older. There’s no workaround; use entry.survey.walmart.com instead.
The other common cause is typing the TC# (the long 20-digit number by the barcode) in the ID # box. The ID # is the short mixed code at the very top of the receipt.
“This survey has already been completed”
Each ID # works once. If someone else in the house used the receipt, or you started the survey and closed the tab after the Next button, it’s spent. The rules also cap you at one entry per receipt, so there’s no second try.
The page is blank or stuck loading
Medallia’s survey pages don’t like aggressive ad blockers or the Brave shields. Try a private window, or switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Walmart also takes the survey down for an hour or two around the quarter changeover (the night of October 30 this time) while the new period loads.
No ID # on my receipt
Receipts from Sam’s Club, Walmart gas stations, the pharmacy counter, the Money Center and some vision centers don’t carry a survey invitation. Neither do return slips. If there’s no “See back of receipt for your chance to win” line, that receipt isn’t survey-eligible. Use the no-receipt entry.
Survey ended without asking for my name
This happens when you answer no to the “would you like to enter the sweepstakes” question, or when you’re on a store-feedback-only link (some in-store QR codes go there). If the thank-you page came up with no contact form, you weren’t entered.
Walmart survey phone number, customer service and support links
There’s no dedicated phone line for the survey. For anything about a store visit, Walmart customer service is 1-800-925-6278 (1-800-WALMART). They can’t fix survey errors, though; they’ll tell you to use the no-receipt entry.
Other receipt surveys we’ve covered on Survey Guide, if you’re working through a stack of receipts: the Lowe’s $500 survey, the Kroger fuel points survey, the Burger King MyBKExperience survey and the TellTheBell Taco Bell survey.
For survey technical problems, the “Survey Support” link in the footer of survey.walmart.com opens a Medallia contact form. For sweepstakes questions (did I win, where’s my card), the administrator is American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., 300 State Street, Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614.
People also ask about the Walmart survey
These are the questions from Google’s “People also ask” box and Reddit that the sections above don’t already answer in full.
Is the $1,000 Walmart gift card survey real?
The one at survey.walmart.com is real: five $1,000 cards and 750 $100 cards are drawn every quarter, and winners are published at corporate.walmart.com. Pop-ups, texts and Facebook posts offering a $1,000 (or $750) card for a quick survey are not from Walmart.
What is the ST # on a Walmart receipt?
ST # is the store number, printed under the store address, just before OP#, TE# and TR#. It’s usually four digits, like 0226 in Walmart’s sample. Type it with the leading zero.
When is the next Walmart survey drawing?
On or about November 9, 2026, for entries made August 1 through October 30, 2026. The next period starts around October 31 and runs through the end of January 2027.
How does Walmart contact survey winners?
Grand prize ($1,000) winners get an email and/or a phone call from the sweepstakes administrator within a day or so of the drawing and have five business days to respond. First prize ($100) cards are simply mailed, four to six weeks after the drawing, with no call.
Can I do the Walmart survey on my phone?
Yes. Survey.walmart.com is a mobile web page. Open it in any browser; there’s no app to install. Scanning the QR code on newer receipts opens the same page with the ID # pre-filled.
Does Walmart send survey emails?
Yes, after online orders, pickup, delivery and some pharmacy visits. They come from a walmart.com or medallia.com address and link to survey.walmart.com. Walmart does not send survey invitations by text message.
Is survey.walmart.com safe?
Yes. It’s Walmart’s own domain, served over HTTPS, and the survey is hosted by Medallia, Walmart’s feedback vendor. It asks for a name, email and phone number for the sweepstakes and nothing more. It never asks for payment details.
What’s the difference between survey.walmart.com and survey.walmart.ca?
.com is the US survey (ID # and ST #, 7-day limit, quarterly $1,000 and $100 gift card drawing). .ca is Walmart Canada’s (store number, TC number and visit date, 14-day limit, a $1,000 card drawn monthly). Use the one matching the country on your receipt.
What is the Walmart survey to win $1,000 in Spanish?
Same page. Use the language dropdown at the top right of survey.walmart.com and choose Español. The rules are published in Spanish too, though the English version controls if there’s a conflict.
